Review of the year
Our second year kicked off with a 'Mongolian BBQ' which is a very novel way of eating. Again we had exclusive use of the restaurant with around 100 eating the night away. Our second theatre trip saw us take another two full 57 seater coaches to see the musical Grease. In May we had a really unusual event called a 'pool party'. This involved exclusive hire of the Kingfisher pool, slides, inflatables etc. This was followed by a buffet meal and a disco upstairs, all for an extremely reasonable price as attested by the 150 plus who attended. Our second car rally brought together another half a dozen cars and a typical end at the local public house. The second annual Go Karting Grand Prix turned out to be just as successful as last year with another full compliment of 50 people taking part (plus non-driving supporters). To end year two we had an amazingly well-attended (around 150), and highly successful Barn Dance held at Wraysbury Village hall.
